Artisan Markets
Churn Room Artisan Markets are for showcasing quality handcrafted boutique goods made locally, and gives a broader opportunity to further showcase our art community. Our Artisan markets are particularly suitable to local artists and makers who look for market opportunities that attracts shoppers who appreciate unique and original products.
The market will be held in the 'Back Room of The Churn Room in the old Dayboro Butter factory precinct on the following days:

How to secure a stall
This market is limited to no more than 8 inside stall holders and 5 courtyard outdoor stalls, and application to showcase local makers are a priority.
Quality of goods is monitored and assessed for fit, for the good of all stall holders. All items must be hand made.

Hours of operation:
Market open hours for 20th July is 10am - 7pm and for 23/24 November Saturday 8.30am - 6pm and Sunday 9am - 2pm
Set up access is available Friday afternoon from 2pm for inside stall holders and Saturday morning from 6am for outside stall holders (own marquee is required)
Pack down - is directly after the market advertised closing times and not before.

A floor plan will be sent once all stall holders are confirmed.

Bump in and out:

Access is via Williams Street, and through Silverwood Cafe outdoor area.

Time will be allocated on confirmation of your booking.

Displays:
It is preferred that your stall display fit with the aesthetics of the Churn Room space, industrial meets vintage elegance. Plastic trestle tables are discouraged. Should you need assistance please request a stall set up consultation well prior to the event.

Venue Specifics:
The venue is secured overnight indoors, outdoor stalls are the responsibility of the stall holders to secure. There is no air-conditioning.
​
Costs:
Stall holder fees for the whole event is a flat rate of $200, payable on application acceptance and booking confirmation
​
Cancellation Policy: Should you need to cancel your stall booking within 14 days prior to an event, no refund or credits will be given. If a stallholder provides more than 14 days notice, a 50% credit can be offered. If a stallholder cancels on the day or for weather concerns there will be no credits or refunds issued.

Insurance:
A certificate of policy for market insurance, including public liability is required.
In the incident of any damages incurred to our property during the market the stall holder will be responsible for the cost of repairs and invoiced accordingly.
